With a background in Sports Medicine, Mark has worked with hundreds of athletes, aiding in their physical needs to get them back to full capacity and into competition. Through experience, he has found that, whether on a court or in an office, individuals can only be their best if they are focusing on their entire health and wellness. Their mental game is as, if not more, important as their physical wellness in finding success.

Juline specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety, and infertility. As a practitioner in a natural family health practice we will work together to create an individualized approach to help you feel like your best self.

In therapy Juline utilizes a variety of techniques to help you reach your goal. She uses The Gottman Method of couples counseling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), psychoanalytic theory, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and a variety of other integrative approaches to meet your unique individual needs.
