About

Hope Tarrant-Moore

“The most important relationship we can all have is the one you have with yourself. The most important journey you can take is one of self-discovery. To know yourself, you must spend time with yourself, you must not be afraid to be alone. Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” – Aristotle.

Let me be the first to introduce myself. My name is Hope Tarrant-Moore. I am a dedicated and compassionate dually licensed Clinical Therapist with a specialization in Addiction. I provide high-quality mental health care, earned my Master of Clinical Counseling and Drug and Alcohol from Bellevue University.

I wholeheartedly believe therapy is the journey of transformation. Let’s begin fostering a relationship with yourself. This journey to healing begins with you. Come and uncover your true self, fostering healing, mental health wellness and equilibrium.

Let us journey together in discovering, uncovering and rediscovering a true sense of self.
This journey includes adults starting at age 19. I passionately specialize in providing psychoeducation and supporting a wide range of individuals facing challenges with self, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, substance abuse, anger management, self-esteem and confidence, coping with life changes, and various other life issues.

Outside of practicing, I am an avid advocate for mental health awareness and education. I frequently maximize my time by practicing self-care, emotional wellness and stress reduction.

Did you know that you spend all your time with you? Did you know that we do the same things to ourselves that other people have done to us? Are you prepared to be heard, understood and accepted? Are you ready to embark on one of the most important journeys of your existence. Then, I invite you to begin this journey in a safe, non-authoritative and non-judgmental atmosphere where this shift begins.

Whatever you are seeking support for I am clear on my life’s purpose and journey which is to support you in your journey of self.
