Meet Alex

Alex’s experience has kept her well versed in the field of mental and behavioral health for the past 8 years. She believes each individual is uniquely complex and as such, utilizes evidence-based practices to provide individualized care plans to her clients.

Alex has a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. She maintains a License as an Individual Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP). She is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH). The various modalities she uses in practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and others as necessary.

Alex strives to provide a comforting, safe, enjoyable environment for each of her clients, but she will also challenge you to help shape you into the best version of yourself. Alex only offers telehealth (remote) services, though she wants you to feel comforted knowing her Board Certification as a TeleMental Health Provider has provided her with the training, knowledge, and credibility that is demanded from Mental Health Professionals, allowing her to use best practices and offer safe and effective services. Telehealth can be just as effective as in person therapy, and in many cases, is preferred by clients.
