Having good mental health can be challenging at times. I would like to help you be the best version of yourself. Sometimes it can take more than what we can do for ourselves, but as long as we are willing, we can overcome many challenges life has in store for us.

Sara graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in nursing includes medical/surgical, cardiac, gastroenterology, and most recently behavioral health. She feels as though her previous experience in nursing will be beneficial since the body and mind are connected.
