Mikaela has been a proud member of the Verve Collaborative Health team since 2022, beginning at the front desk and growing through several roles, including Client Success Manager (CSM) and now Front Desk Manager. Recently, she reached an exciting new milestone by receiving her provisional license to practice as a therapist.

During this next chapter, she will continue serving as Verve’s Front Desk Manager while also beginning to see therapy clients, allowing her to remain involved in the day-to-day operations and client experience. As her therapy practice grows, she will eventually transition out of the Front Desk Manager role to focus more fully on her work as a therapist. Having supported clients in several different capacities, she understands that reaching out for mental health care can sometimes feel overwhelming and strives to make the experience easier by being approachable, dependable, and genuinely caring.

Whether she is helping solve a problem at the front desk or working with someone in the therapy room, her goal is to help people feel comfortable, heard, and supported while creating space for authenticity, humor, and laughter along the way. She is excited to continue growing alongside Verve Collaborative Health and looks forward to supporting clients in this new capacity while still being a familiar face around the front desk for a while longer!
