Meet Emily

Emily is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience working alongside people on their journey to healing. 
She graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work from UNO in 2018 and has always had a passion for helping those around me. 

Emily uses many tools and techniques to help you move towards growth and reaching your goals. She specializes in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship issues, boundaries, burnout, compassion fatigue, self-care, and life transitions.
