Lynda is a Medical Billing Specialist who enjoys helping clients with their concerns about their account(s). She strives for client satisfaction, it’s very important. She's been in medical billing and customer service for about 40 years and loves it. She's enthusiastic and passionate about all of her tasks, always striving to go above and beyond by helping people in need whether it be clients, co-workers, and providers. Lynda likes to solve problems/concerns for clients, with the skills that I’ve learned over the years and she's still growing in the Mental Behavioral Health profession. She believes in getting things done by smiling through it all.
Over a period of years, Lynda has received certificates of Service Excellence Awards for Patient Satisfaction, Excellence in Customer Service, and Highest Collector Award.
Lynda is a mother of two and has three grandsons. Her family and friends mean everything to her. She has a family motto “life’s a journey.” Her favorite things to do: singing and listening to music “music is good for the soul”, traveling, fishing, going for long walks, and reading self-help books.
