Meet Lauren

Lauren has extensive experience in helping people reach their highest level of self-fulfillment through developing healthy coping skills and a positive self-image. As a Solution-Focused based provider, her clients say she is very down-to-earth, non-judgmental and easy to relate to. With over 10 years of experience in nonprofits, psychiatric hospitals, juvenile and adult placements, substance use rehabilitation facilities and private practice, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to each session and is dually licensed in both mental health and substance use disorders. She specializes in treating adolescents and adults suffering from a range of emotional disorders including: depression, anxiety, trauma-based disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, addiction, eating disorders, personality disorders, and family conflict.

Lauren’s approach is to offer compassion, support, and a safe space for clients. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with clients who need help changing negative thought patterns and beliefs.
