Meet John

Mission: To be committed to delivering compassionate, inclusive, and equitable mental healthcare for clients age 19 and above.

Vision: To establish a collaborative relationship to provide quality mental healthcare by maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

John grew up in Auburn, Alabama before moving to Iowa where he received his Master’s degree. John is Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and his primary role is medical management. His passion is working with all types of clients, especially the LGBTQIA2S+ community. His background as an Oncology and VA nurse shows as he really listens to his clients and understands that a holistic approach is needed.

John provides medical management to clients 19 and older. He frequently sees clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and difficulty with life transitions.

He looks forward to helping you live a fuller life.
