About

Marisha enjoys helping people...period. She is credentialed for all ages from very young to the elderly and has worked with all ages. For patients that do need medication, she uses a conservative approach and monitors them closely until stable. Her medication management patients do get some therapy in their follow-up sessions because this assists her in evaluating the effectiveness of the medication. If she is not able to help a patient, she'll try to find someone else who is a better fit for them. She believes in a community approach for patients, it does take us all working together!

Marisha's specialty is patients with multiple mental health, complex medical diagnoses, and those with trauma. She does medication management for nearly every mental health diagnosis and does not believe that everyone needs medication! Sometimes, changing one's diet, making lifestyle changes, or reducing other medications reduces symptoms dramatically.

She has also started to treat migraines and doing MAT (medication-assisted treatment) for those with substance use disorders in late 2022.
