Meet Emily Niess
Emily’s clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, boundaries, compassion fatigue, life transitions, and family and relationship issues. She has training in TF-CBT, CBT, Stewards for Children Darkness to Light and level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Emily also has experience working with victims and their families experiencing domestic violence, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect. Emily is a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Certified Professional Counselor (CPP), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2019.
